Harry Secombe, Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan have been digitally re-conceived. With the aid of a leather strop and fresh lining of steamed custard, the classic Goon characters – Neddie Seagoon, Major Dennis Bloodnok, Grytpype-Thynne, Minnie Bannister and more – will be played by local actors Philip Mills, Ken Benn and Chris Higgie. Wallace Greenslade has recovered from successful gender re-assignation surgery and is now known as Wendy Greenslade, played by Catherine Mills.
