The Enrolment Process

1. Request an information pack or download the forms by clicking on the link below.

   If you are downloading the forms please ensure you include the Application Form and Refund Policy.
   
   
2. Send the completed forms and supporting documentation together with the NZ$150 application fee to:

               New Zealand
               4442.
   
   
3. On receipt of the application the Director* will assess the suitability of the student to our programme.
   
   
4. The student will be informed by the Director whether their application has been successful.  Successful students will be offered a place at Palmerston North Boys' High School.
   
   
5. If the offer is accepted by the student a Tuition Agreement must be signed by the student and his parents.
   
   
6. All additional fees must be paid to Palmerston North Boys' High School.  Fees include all tuition fees, homestay fees (including homestay application) and insurance.  If private insurance is arranged the school must receive a copy of the insurance agreement.
   
   
7. An academic course must then be selected by the student.
   
   
8. The Code of Conduct must be signed by the student and his parents.
   
   
9. A Guardian is selected by the parents and confirmed by Palmerston North Boys' High School.
   
   
10. The student is to obtain a visa.  Palmerston North Boys' High School will provide:
    
    a. an Offer of Place letter from Palmerston North Boys' High School and
    b. a receipt for school fees.
    
    This is an essential part of the visa application process.
    
    
11. An orientation programme for enrolling students will be provided which includes information to assist with familiarisation with the school and details of the course structure.
