  College House is College House is in the midst of a redevelopment project that has seen the completion of the award winning Hart Dining Hall (2010) and the new Loughnan Dorm (2011). The two main Ablution Areas have also been refurbished (2009/2010) and plans are being finalised for the construction of a new specialised Senior Dorm and refurbishment of the current Senior Flats.  
  Accommodation Areas College House has beds for 180 young men, with 8 dorms varying in size between fourteen to thirty. All dorms are of a similar layout with bed areas shared between pairs, and partitions between the areas. The Year 13 Students have 2-3 bed flats within each of the dorms. The sleeping areas are all heated to create a comfortable environment and are maintained in outstanding fashion by our Cleaning team.  
  Study Areas Years 9-12 study in supervised Prep areas throughout the hostel and over at school. Year 13 students have study areas in their flats and follow self-directed study programmes. Year 12 students also have study areas in their bed areas for extra study requirements. Students have access to Computer Labs both onsite at College House and over at school, and the hostel has monitored wireless areas for the use of Laptops.  
Rec Areas There are two lounges (Senior and Junior) with Projection Units complete with Sky TV. The Junior Rec Room has Pool and Table Tennis tables and the Senior room has Tea/Coffee Area with a soon to be completed cooking area that will allow the year 13’s to self-cater over the weekends. The ample school grounds provide opportunities for games and access to the School Gym and Indoor Pool is year round.
